David Goldberg

Attorney David Goldberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University in 2001. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar that same year. Today, David is licensed to practice in Massachusetts State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts.

Attorney Goldberg is a Commercial Bar and Commercial Law League of America member. He has extensive commercial litigation experience, focusing on creditors’ rights.

Attorney Goldberg’s primary focus is related to collection of commercial and consumer debt. His clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to small businesses.
